MAF Dalkia contracted to Arcapita, Bahrain Bay

Five year FM contract secured

MAF Dalkia, has been awarded a five-year facilities management contract to manage the 16,000 sqm Arcapita building in Bahrain Bay.

The five-year contract will require the facilities and energy management company to provide multi-technical services for air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, building management system, lifts, and generators as well as management of soft services such, including cleaning and landscaping.

“This is a landmark agreement for a landmark building in Bahrain, which further solidifies our market position in this key country,” commented MAF Dalkia CEO Alexandre Mussallam.

“MAF Dalkia’s contract with Arcapita provides an opportunity to showcase a wide breadth of our facilities management offering,” he added.

The agreement has come after MAF Dalkia provided significant bespoke facilities management consultation to Arcapita Bank at the initial design and construction planning stages of the Arcapita Building.

MAF Dalkia, which was established in 2002 as a joint venture between the Majid Al Futtaim Group and Dalkia is a European leader in energy services is responsible for developing new businesses. The company has successfully maintained a clients’ portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities.
