UAE-based developer Emaar Properties has launched two new major projects in Dubai, The Heights Country Club and Grand Club Resort next to The Oasis, with a total development value of US $26.14bn.
The new ventures will demonstrate Emaar’s vision to create the highest standards of high-end living experiences, but also strategically positions the company to launch a substantial number of villas and townhouses, which are expected to boost sales and profitability, the company said.
Spread across 81m sqft, the Heights Country Club will be developed at a cost of US $14.97bn and is expected to set a new standard in premium high-end living. It is being designed to offer an exclusive retreat and will merge state-of-the-art amenities with serene landscapes, creating a haven of comfort and elegance.
Spanning over 60m sqft and boasting a development value of $11.16bn, the Grand Club Resort features the best of wellness and opulence. The resort is meticulously designed to house world-class wellness facilities, offering an unparalleled experience in luxury hospitality, the developer explained.
