Omniyat purchases Marasi Bay Marina
Luxury developer transitions from curating single project communities to master-planning entire site
Developer Omniyat has announced the acquisition of Marasi Bay Marina from Business Bay LLC, with plans to transform it into a multi-faceted, waterfront destination.
The purchase is said to be the first of its kind for Omniyat, and will see it pioneer a move from the lifestyle curation of single project communities to developing an entire luxury enclave.

The waterfront space is centrally located in the heart of Dubai and is the current location of Omniyat’s first project on the bay, The Lana – a distinctive hotel and residential offering operated by the Dorchester Collection, and designed in partnership with Foster + Partners.
