Dar Global partners with Automobili Lamborghini for $308mn luxury development in Spain
The project will feature elegantly designed homes catering to the second and vacation homes market
Dar Global has launched its latest villa project, which is being developed in the Spanish town of Benahavis, in partnership with Automobili Lamborghini at an investment of US $308mn. The new ‘Tierra Viva’ project is being developed in an ultra-exclusive area of Benahavis, which is said to be an eight-minute drive from the city of Marbella.
The architectural gem is inspired by the iconic design of Automobili Lamborghini and marks a significant milestone as the first residential project in Europe with the super sports car brand. A major player in the real estate sector, Dar Global aims to develop elegantly designed residences catering to the second and vacation homes market in central locations in the Middle East and Europe, the statement outlined.

The community includes three villa designs: Diamante (six-bedroom), Zafiro (five-bedroom), and Esmeralda (four-bedroom).
