Mannai HED wins Manitowoc dealer award
The Elite Dealer award recognises raising and maintaining service and parts to an international level
Mannai Heavy Equipment Division (HED) in Qatar has been recognised with the prestigious Manitowoc Crane Elite Dealer award from Grove mobile cranes, the second year in a row in which the distributor has received the award.
Mannai HED sells Grove crane products in Qatar, and is one of only two dealers in the Middle East region who have won this award this year.
According to Manitowoc, the Elite Dealer award recognises dealers who raise and maintain the standards of their service and parts facilities to an international level.
Specific training requirements for the dealer’s personnel must also be met to be eligible for the award and representatives from Grove and Manitowoc conduct dealer visits to assess candidates’ progress in attaining the various criteria for the award.

Evaluation criteria by which Mannai HED was examined included levels of staff training, facilities investment, service facilities and parts, technical proficiency and stock availability of products and parts. The aim of the award is to assure Grove customers that the distributor is committed to providing customers with the latest products, as well as effective after sales services through dedicated service vans and qualified staff.
