Set within the Triple Bay Marina of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Nature Reserve, AMAALA’s new yacht club is to be a keystone development that creates a one-of-a-kind meeting point between land and sea
-
-
Designed by architecture firm HKS, the 7,900sqm $1.6bn Triple Bay Yacht Club will be set over four floors and is expected to be the centre piece of the Triple Bay Marina’s development plans
-
-
Complimenting the yacht club’s functions, the 10ha basin will host a 120-berth marina for yachts up to 130m in length, and is designed for residents and yachting events, regattas and launches
-
-
The yacht club’s features include a terrace restaurant, infinity pool deck and rooftop cabana lounge
-
-
The lounges and restaurant will blend seamlessly together with an infinity loop-like shape throughout
-
-
The design calls for the use of local materials with a focus on stone, timber and metals, and will embrace a “luxurious, yet authentic brass champagne colour scheme”
-
-
AMAALA’s new Yacht Club will be underpinned by a free-flowing structure that aims to create a one-of-a-kind meeting point between land and sea
