The African continent plays an important role for the Wacker Neuson Group
Wacker Neuson will display a comprehensive selection of products at the Bauma Africa trade fair, taking place in South Africa later this month.
With many markets across Africa seeing steady growth, the continent plays an important role for the Wacker Neuson Group, says Eugene Brown, regional president of Wacker Neuson Africa.
“We have great expectations for the first Bauma Africa,” says Brown. “For us, the trade fair is a unique opportunity to show a professional audience the professionalism of Wacker Neuson and to establish contacts to potential dealers across the entire continent.”
The manufacturer will show new and proven products and solutions at an open air stand, and allow visitors to test the machines. Recently released products from the company include the new EH 100 demolition breaker, which it calls “A new dimension in the 30kg demolition breaker segment.”
The EH 100 is an electric breaker, which combines an extremely high demolition performance of 100 joules of single stroke impact energy with a power to weight ratio of 32kg.
It delivers 1,000 impact blows per minute while remaining convenient and portable for the operator. The EH 100 is the only large electric breaker in the 30kg class that has a full hood spring mounting. The fully spring-mounted hood offers precise control with a full view of the chisel tip. This gets to the heart of demolition work and makes it very efficient with low hand-arm vibrations of 5.8m/s².
