Saudi’s NHC launches new residential project in Makkah for citizens

The National Housing Company (NHC) has launched a new residential project for the beneficiaries of the Sakani programme in the Makkah city, Saudi Arabia. Makanah will spread over a 20,000sqm area and feature 108 residential units across six buildings.

The project’s implementation will be supervised by the off-plan sale or rent program ‘Wafi’, said a statement from NHC. These units, which are priced at $153,918 onwards for Sakani beneficiaries are of multiple sizes and designs that suits all the needs of Saudi families with a modern design. These are all available for Sakani members in easy monthly installments, NHC noted.

The project is being developed by Pan Kingdom Real Estate Company and is said to be an extension of the efforts made to increase residential real estate supply and provide housing and financing solutions in bid to increase the percentage of Saudi families’ ownership to 70% by 2030.

According to NHC, the project is an extension of the efforts of the National Housing to provide vibrant communities of a civilized nature with distinctive and modern designs, within the continuous expansion plans to increase the real estate supply and provide housing units that suit the needs and purchasing capabilities of Saudi families.
