Majid Al Futtaim Communities launches new neighborhood within Tilal Al Ghaf

Neighbourhood features 14 mansions and 30 reserve grand villas

Majid Al Futtaim Communities has launched Alaya Beach, which is billed as an exclusive residential neighbourhood within the Tilal Al Ghaf development. The neighbourhood offers a limited collection of premium homes and will set a benchmark in luxury waterfront living for the region, said a statement from the firm, which is part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

Situated on the Lagoon Al Ghaf waterfront, a recreational 110,000sqm lagoon at the centre of Tilal Al Ghaf, Alaya Beach is designed to deliver an exceptional experience, the statement noted. The neighbourhood comprises 14 mansions and 30 reserve grand villas, each set-in landscaped grounds. The developer said the homes will benefit from direct access to the Lagoon, and a range of premium amenities for water-based activities, beach sports, and tennis.

Bespoke living is a way of life at Alaya Beach, with buyers able to tailor their homes in line with their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. Advanced customisation options include an additional basement area, a choice of Modernist or Mediterranean façades and interior finishes, flexible layouts, and fully landscaped Mediterranean or Tropical gardens, the statement added.

Whilst offering exclusivity and privacy, Alaya Beach remains connected to the wider community and its superb facilities, the developer explained. The project is said to be designed in line with Majid Al Futtaim Communities’ commitment to sustainable design and living; Tilal Al Ghaf’s walkable neighbourhoods are interconnected by a network of pathways, cycling tracks and jogging trails, with wide open spaces, treescapes and lush landscaping, the developer pointed out.

Spanning over three million sqm, the community also features signature Majid Al Futtaim retail experiences and a world-renowned international school, the statement concluded.
