wasl Properties, the UAE-based real estate developer, has announced the launch of Gardenia Townhomes II, part of its master development in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
The development features 92 townhouses, comprising of 66 three-bedroom and 26 four-bedroom units in various plot sizes. The release of the townhouses comes in the wake of the selling-out of Phase One of the project, three years ago. Phase One consisted of 257 units.
Located near Ibn Battuta Mall, in proximity to Festival Plaza Mall, which includes IKEA and ACE Hardware, the Gardenia Townhomes development offers residents a range of facilities and amenities, including a community swimming pool, clubhouse and gymnasium, along with two parking spots per townhouse.
Once the overall community is completed, a dog park and a planned central park will be delivered, the developer has said.
To mark the launch, wasl properties will be hosting a special one-day sales for interested buyers on February 22, with rates of three-bedroom townhomes starting from AED2.8 million and four-bedroom townhomes starting from AED 3.1 million.
