Final day for fleet nominations for the Truck and Fleet Awards
Categories, such as Heavy Truck of the Year and the increasingly important LCV segment, are open to a public vote which closes at midnight 18 February
Nominations close later today for the Truck and Fleet Awards after the deadline was extended last week.
The Truck & Fleet ME Awards is set to take place on Mon 28th February 2022 at the Raffles Dubai.
Categories, such as Heavy Truck of the Year and the increasingly important LCV segment, are open to a public vote which closes at midnight 18 February.
Regional fleets are also being invited to participate in a separate set of nominated categories which they can submit entries for.
Editor Stephen White has urged fleet companies ensure they put themselves forward in the Fleet of the year categories.
“We used to talk about transport, now we talk about mobility and the sector has seen some dramatic changes over the past half-decade,” he added. “Whether you want to call it smart transport or smart mobility, the Covid pandemic has profoundly changed the possibilities for fleets in the region. Many of them have fast-tracked their way into e-commerce, on-demand services and last mile deliveries. This is a chance to celebrate the successes of those that have kept-up with and outpaced this evolution.”
He continued: “If you are a fleet in the region you really should be considering participating right now. Winning and even being nominated is an accolade in itself and will set you apart from the competition when you got for the next contract.”
