Shada Hospitality opens Dara Al Rayyan Executive Apartment in Riyadh

Shada Hospitality has opened its new executive apartment project within the Al Rayyan District in Riyadh according to a statement from parent company Dur Hospitality. The opening of the Dara Al Rayyan Executive Apartments takes the number of Dara properties in the Kingdom to five, spread across Riyadh and Jeddah.
Billed as an innovative youth-inspired local concept for a memorable hospitality experience, the project features 51 suites and key amenities such as a cinema hall, swimming pool, and a restaurant, in addition to a gym and a range of major facilities.

This reflects Dur’s decades-long experience in managing, developing, and operating hotels and residential communities throughout Saudi Arabia.
