Azizi Developments hands over condominium project in Al Furjan

The project features residential units and retail spaces and is said to offer easy access to key transport corridors

Azizi Developments has handed over Star, its condominium project located in Al Furjan, Dubai. The announcement aligns with the developer’s commitment to complete 10,000 units by the end of 2021.

The 499-unit development is split between 486 residential units, while the remaining 13 are from retail spaces. Stars’s residential offering comprise 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedrooms apartments, as well as 10 sky villas, the statement noted.

The project was built across a total gross floor area of 26,659sqm, with a 720sqm retail precinct comprising restaurants, cafes and convenience options. With direct access to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Route 2020 metro line, the development enjoys immediate connectivity to Dubai’s major business, leisure and retail hubs, the developer explained.

“This has been an exciting year for us at Azizi Developments, as well as for all of our valued stakeholders. Our various projects are being completed in a timely manner this year, with Star being the latest delivery. We value the support of those involved and thank them for their contributions in turning this project from conceptualisation into reality – one where hundreds of families will now see their lifestyles enhanced and their dreams manifest. With its central and outstandingly strategic location in the high-growth corridor of Dubai, and its excellent connectivity while being a serene escape, Star caters to those who are looking for good, growth-inclined value and high rental returns,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments.

The firm said that construction has been progressing more rapidly than ever before in 2020 and 2021. In the past year, Azizi has handed over units in Aura in Jebel Ali, Samia, Farishta and Shaista in Al Furjan, Mina on Palm Jumeirah and last month, Plaza in Al Furjan. Star is the seventh handover this year. Subsequently, Azizi will be getting ready to handover the first buildings in its MBR City project Riviera, as well as Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City – putting its total completions this year at roughly 46 projects that translate into 10,000 units, the statement concluded.
