Select Group launches Peninsula Two in Dubai’s Business Bay
36-storey tower’s launch accelerated following highly successful sales on Peninsula One
Select Group, one of the region’s largest privately-owned real estate developers, has announced the launch of the 36-storey Peninsula Two tower located in Dubai’s Business Bay. This accelerated launch is a result of highly successful sales on Peninsula One, the developer said.
In a statement, Select Group said that Peninsula Two will offer a mix of residential and commercial units in Business Bay, along with views of the Burj Khalifa, the Downtown Dubai skyline and the Dubai Canal, all achieved through precise, strategic planning.
Furthermore, the development is adjoined by a 66,000 sqft community mall which will house the everyday needs of residents, including a large-scale upmarket supermarket, waterfront cafes and restaurants, and salons, barbers, a pharmacy and convenience retail.
“We are delighted to reveal our plans for Peninsula Two, following on from the success of Peninsula One which clearly illustrated the appetite in the market for a community-centric, lifestyle orientated development in Business Bay. We are not only creating a unique real estate offering but building a neighbourhood which is designed to promote and foster an active and engaging lifestyle across all walks of life,” said Rahail Aslam, CEO, Select Group.
Scheduled for completion in Q4, 2024, Peninsula Two will form part of the first suburban-style ecosystem in Business Bay, the statement continued. Residents will have access to numerous parks, communal sporting amenities, a waterfront marketplace with an array of restaurants and cafes, and a variety of entertainment venues and hotels.
Units range from studio apartments, through to one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Peninsula Two is part of the much larger Peninsula master development, which will be delivered in phases over the next five to seven years and will feature nine developments, ranging from high-rise towers to luxurious low-rise waterfront villas and simplexes.
