Azizi launches three new buildings at its Riviera development in MBR City
Launch is said to be a response to surging demand for homes in the development
Azizi Developments has launched three new buildings in its Riviera’s Boulevard district. The new residential buildings are said to be part of Phase 3 of Riviera, the developer’s French Mediterranean-inspired residential and commercial community in MBR City.
According to a statement, the new buildings will comprise 252 studios, 84 one- and 84 two-bedroom units.
“The expansion of our residential offerings on the Boulevard in Riviera through these three new world-class buildings is our response to the surging demand for homes in that particular area. The launch reinforces our vision of providing best-in-class residences for our valued investors,” said Azizi Developments founder and chairman Mirwais Azizi.
Riviera is said to feature three districts: a retail boulevard, the lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a vast, lush-green social space.
