Azizi Developments plans to handover Berton in Q4, 2021
Developer says the residential project in Al Furjan offers ideal connectivity to key Dubai areas
Azizi Developments has announced that it has completed 80% of construction works on Berton, and plans to hand over the 245-unit building located in Al Furjan by Q4 of this year.
According to a statement, Berton’s structure is currently 100% complete, with the blockwork and internal plastering at 99%, respectively. The developer also reported a 47% completion rate for the second mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work with façade and titling completion rates of 78% and 75%, respectively. The elevator works stand at 96% completion while the finishes and exterior works are also being completed quickly.

According to the developer, Berton features 190 studio units, 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments, as well as 16 penthouses. The project is said to feature masterful craftsmanship and interior artistry with gracefully furnished homes that come with high-end parquet flooring, state-of-the-art décor, and generous space.
