Aldhay will be part of the developer’s Bloom Gardens community which is located in a prestigious area of Abu Dhabi city

UAE developer Bloom Holding has appointed Emirates Link Maltauro as the main contractor for its 181-unit residential project, Aldhay. Located on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche, Aldhay is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023 and will add 181 townhouses to the existing 457 villas and townhouses in the developer’s Bloom Gardens masterplanned community in Abu Dhabi.

According to a statement, Aldhay will offer two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom townhouses. They will be designed with a Mediterranean feel and modern finishing and will be complimented by several facilities. Bloom said construction work was moving at a steady pace with the enabling and piling works already completed.

The project is designed to become an exclusive residential community in a prestigious area in Abu Dhabi city within close proximity to some of the city’s key landmarks and lifestyle destinations including Khalifa Park, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Zayed Sport City. The developer notes the project will offer a high rental yield for UAE national investors and a great place to call home for end users.

“The appointment of Emirates Link Maltauro is an exciting milestone for us in 2021. We are carefully selecting right partners to join our journey in bringing the right type of product to the market at the right price, without compromising on the quality and finishing. Considering its strong track record, we are confident on delivering premium units in a dynamic, mixed-use community, contributing to Abu Dhabi’s real estate market growth and development, while also improving residents’ quality of life,” said Bloom Holding CEO Carlos Wakim.

Wakim said that Aldhay’s residents will have direct access to premium amenities including round-the-clock security, landscaped recreational areas, exclusive clubhouse, swimming pools, kids play area, F&B outlets, prayer halls, state-of-the-art male and female gyms, as well as retail shops, and educational institutes such as Brighton College Abu Dhabi.

Commenting on the contract win, Emirates Link Maltauro general manager Mohamad Sleiman concluded, “We are delighted to be selected to collaborate with Bloom Holding on this project, which is testament to our expertise in the construction of prime residential developments in the UAE. We execute each of our contracted projects to the highest possible standard and are confident that we will deliver the same for Aldhay, which will ultimately reinforce Bloom Holding’s position as a leading real estate developer in the country.”
