Zamil Industrial Investment Company, the Saudi-based construction group, has announced that one of its units, Zamil Air Conditioners and Home Appliances Company, has secured a contract worth $11.7 million from Tatweer Buildings Company to supply air conditioning systems for government schools across the region.
According to a statement from the group, the deal will see Zamil Air Conditioners supply more than 13,570 air conditioning systems of diverse sizes and refrigerating capacities for schools affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Education.
It added that the contract will have a positive impact on the company’s financial results for the year 2021.
As a leading industry player in the region, Zamil Air Conditioners has been a major provider of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and solutions in the Gulf region and throughout the Middle East for nearly five decades.
It is a specialist in the engineering, manufacture, installation, repair, and maintenance of an extensive range of products, including a variety of packaged units, chillers, and room air conditioners.
