MEP contractor will also work on MEP for three of the buildings within the third phase of the project

Azizi Development, the UAE-based private developer, has signed a $6.26 million contract with MAC Electromechanical Engineering Contracting to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services for its waterfront project, Riviera.

In a statement, Azizi said that the contract will see MAC handling the engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning works for the project. This will be in addition to the MEP works for three of the buildings within the third phase of Riviera, which is a French Mediterranean-inspired residential and commercial community at MBR City in Dubai.

The signing with MAC is a reflection of our unremitting efforts in customer-centricity and offering properties of high quality that are sure to yield outstanding ROIs.”

“MAC’s expertise, coupled with Azizi Developments’ vision, is sure to enhance the lives of those residing in our pride and joy – Riviera in MBR City,” he added.

Over the last 13 years, it has grown from a small company into a recognised leader in its field with a commitment to delivering the highest-quality work, the statement concluded.
