ElectroMech cranes have been installed across the Middle East
Zoomlion has revealed that it has signed a deal with ElectroMech to build its first overseas production plant.
ElectroMech is India’s largest crane manufacturer and will take a 30% share in the joint venture with Zoomlion.
Zoomlion’s president He Wenjin said the Chinese manufacturer will invest $100 million into the project. The two companies plan to raise revenue to $50 million per year within the first five years.
ElectroMech specialises in EOT and gantry cranes and is active across the GCC and Kenya.
