Azizi Developments commences construction on $1.09bn Phase 4 of Riviera
Fourth phase will consist of 5,061 units consisting of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes
Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based private developer, has said that it has celebrated the ground-breaking and commencement of construction for the fourth phase of its Riviera project – the developer’s flagship master planned French Mediterranean-inspired lifestyle community located in MBR City in Dubai.
In a statement, Azizi said that the fourth phase of Riviera is being built at a project cost of $1.09 billion and that it will comprise of 5,061 units, featuring around 2,606 studios, 1,579 one-bedroom and 876 two-bedroom homes.
All buildings will come with fully equipped gyms, two swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and children’s play areas, and are surrounded by vast green open spaces and other amenities.
Construction at Riviera is progressing swiftly, with the first phase now being 85% complete, the second phase having reached more than 70%, and the third phase already being over 40% constructed.

The first homes in Riviera’s Phase 1 will be handed over this summer, with the last keys of Phase 4 homes being handed over by the end of 2022, marking the completion of the entire four-phase megaproject.
Azizi’s Riviera, is a waterfront-lifestyle destination located in the heart of MBR City, comprising of approximately 16,000 residences located in the midst of all the business, leisure and retail hubs of the city.
