SSH has confirmed its involvement as the Design and Supervision Consultant for the newly launched Byout Hessah development, Package 2, in the Hessah AlMubarak District of Kuwait City.
United Real Estate’s Hessah AlMubarak District is a modern, all inclusive neighbourhood, and Byout Hessah will be a luxurious, contemporary living community, with a mix of townhouses and apartments featuring views of the Arabian Gulf and the heart of Kuwait City, a statement from SSH said.
Inspired by Kuwait’s vision of future living, embracing high-end modern architecture harmonised by exclusivity and privacy, Byout will have a BUA of 47,000sqm. The development will consist of 40 luxury townhouses and two 12-floor residential apartment buildings, featuring 104-upscale units. These will feature spacious open plan designs and natural sunlight, the statement added.
Set amidst landscaped surroundings and conveniently located next to Hessah AlMubarak District’s retail and dining hub and other commercial components, residents will enjoy a live-work-play lifestyle, it continued.
As the first ever comprehensive, mixed-use district in Kuwait, Hessah AlMubarak District will showcase residential buildings, serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, commercial activities, retail as well as food and beverage offerings.
Once complete, the total leasable BUA of the development will be 381,000 sqm, the SSH statement concluded.
