Azizi begins handover of Shaista comprising 284 residential units

Developer plans to handover 46 projects in 2021 comprising over 10,000 units

Azizi Developments has started the delivery of homes at Shaista, which the developer says is a ‘well-connected residential and commercial condominium’ in Al Furjan. The project features 12 floors comprising 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments, eight penthouses and 7,100sqft of retail space.

According to a statement from the developer, the inauguration aligns with its plans to handover 46 projects comprising over 10,000 units and more than 11,204,623sqft of built-up area in 2021. Azizi notes it has already handed over its 479-unit, mixed-use development in Jebel Ali – Aura – earlier this year and is looking forward to inaugurating its Mina project later this month.

“It fills us with immense joy to hand over the keys to yet another exceptionally well-built, lifestyle-enhancing 284 units today – residences that will be home to hundreds of happy families. We have set a very ambitious, yet realistic, delivery schedule for this year with more than 10,000 units to be completed – this underpins our commitment to deliver distinguished value to our investors in the UAE and beyond swiftly and with the highest quality standards adhered to,” said Aziz Developments’ founder and chairman Mirwais Azizi at the inauguration ceremony. He was joined by CEO Farhad Azizi and deputy CEO Fawad Azizi.

Other 2021 deliveries include several buildings in the first phase of Riviera, the developer’s master planned French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community in MBR City, Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City and additional developments in Al Furjan.

Al Furjan is one of the most desirable and growth-inclined addresses in Dubai, and is home to contemporary architecture that is carefully blended with natural green spaces and state-of-the-art infrastructure, the developer said.
