Mohammed Hamdan Al Zari, director of Projects Department at Sharjah Charity International (SCI), has announced that the Al Rifaa Mosque in Ras Al Khaimah has completed 65% of the construction.
Built on an area of 207 sqm., Al Zari said that the mosque is located in a vital site and can serve many people in the region, and also accommodate up to 295 people, according to a report in the Sharjah Government Media Bureau’s (SGMB) Sharjah24. The mosque is being built at a cost of $353,934, in coordination with the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments in the emirate.
Al Zari further added that the mosque also includes a number of services and facilities such as toilets, a parking lot, and a residence for the imam. He also stated that the mosque project has been implemented in the country in coordination and cooperation with the private authorities.
