The 458-room DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences is on track to open in December. The hotel will be the fourth DoubleTree by Hilton to open in Dubai and is also the first five-star DoubleTree by Hilton to open in the city.
The hotel will have 327 hotel rooms and suites that will cater to business and leisure travellers and 131 serviced residences for short, extended-stays and serviced-living options. The 19-storey hotel is being positioned as the ‘bridge between the historic and the modern Dubai’ and aims to give guests a taste of both worlds through its location, rooms and suites, facilities and 360-degree views of Dubai’s most popular attractions, a statement said.
“Dubai continues to amaze the world with its glorious hotel openings and the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences is a significant addition to the city’s impressive hospitality industry. As the first five-star DoubleTree by Hilton, we are very proud to be the newest trendsetter at the heart of Dubai’s traditional and cultural district. In keeping with our warm and welcoming identity, we offer residents and visitors alike the ultimate privacy and comfort of home,” said Serpil Guney, general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences.
The hotel is located next to the Burjuman Shopping Mall and its metro station and is billed as a dream destination for the modern business traveller and the urban leisure enthusiast.
The project is being developed by the AW Rostamani Group and is the group’s entry into the hospitality industry.
