Turner & Townsend appoints new project director for its Riyadh office
Hospitality and mixed-use veteran Andre du Preez also worked on King Abdullah Financial District development in Riyadh
Turner & Townsend has appointed Andre du Preez as project director in its Riyadh office.
New recruit du Preez joins from JLL where, as commercial director, he had responsibility for overseeing the completion of Riyadh’s blue ribbon King Abdullah Financial District development. The firm said his appointment supports the global professional services consultancy’s growing presence in the Kingdom.
Andre du Preez brings 16 years of experience in the Middle East, including over a decade with MLC International leading the delivery of hospitality and mixed-use projects before joining JLL.
“Our work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has continued to go from strength to strength following the opening of our Riyadh office in 2018,” said Alan Talabani, regional managing director, Middle East. “Andre’s expertise will help us maintain this momentum – supporting the Kingdom deliver some of the most ambitious capital programmes seen anywhere in the world.”
