Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based private developer, has launched sales of Creek Views II, its new $95.2 million development in Dubai Healthcare City, alongside Dubai Creek, adding to a rapidly growing community.
The new project’s design philosophy represents Dubai’s transition from a traditional past to a modern, reinvented future, the developer said in a statement. The building will comprise of 116 studios, 436 one-bedrooms and 35 two-bedroom apartments, it added.
Creek Views II will also feature two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym and a children’s play area, the statement added.

The project is located in DHCC, the emirate’s health and wellness destination, which has direct access to Al Khail Road. The community is not only home to a wide variety of leading, high-tech medical centres, but also features several lifestyle and shopping options.
Azizi has implemented a special pricing model for Creek Views II, the statement said. Each unit type is being offered at a fixed price. Studios go for $108,000, one-bedroom units for $151,000, and two-bedroom residences for $206,000.
