Azizi Developments and Daikin ink $10.8mn HVAC deal

Deal includes air-cooled chillers, fan coil units and fresh air handling units

Azizi Developments has awarded an HVAC contract to Daikin for the supply of high-end cooling equipment for several of its upcoming projects.

The deal is said to be worth $10.8m and will see Daikin supply HVAC systems for over 35 of Azizi’s buildings in Riviera, the new waterfront-lifestyle landmark in MBR City; for Creek Views, Azizi’s 634-unit modern luxury development in Dubai Healthcare City, as well as for Berton, the developer’s residential development in Al Furjan.

The supplied HVAC system comprises 72 of Daikin’s air-cooled chillers, over 10,000 fan coil units and 62 fresh air handling units, said the statement.

Daikin is billed an innovator and worldwide provider of advanced, high-quality air conditioning and heating solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
