Firm says it is committed to the timely delivery of Berton and of all of its projects
35% of construction work has been completed on Azizi Developments’ Berton project, which is located in Al Furjan, Dubai. The developer notes that Berton’s structure and blockwork stands at 87% and 28% complete, while external works and infrastructure developments are progressing at pace.
According to a statement, the firm says it plans to complete the 245-unit development by 2021. It features 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom apartments, as well 16 luxury penthouses.
“Berton’s remarkably fast construction progress underlines our commitment to deliver our promises on time, all while adhering to our rigorous quality control and assurance practices. This exceptional residential building is one of our many projects in Al Furjan – it represents our strive to develop carefully thought-out, master-planned communities that offer a true sense of community and belonging, with connectivity being key,” said Azizi Developments executive director (Engineering Division) Mohammed Ragheb.
He added, “Berton accomplishes this by not only providing all that a home needs in its vicinity but by also immersing residents in a community lifestyle that creates healthy, balanced social settings, all while promoting convenience, human comfort, and leisure.”
Berton brings together masterful craftsmanship and interior artistry with gracefully-furnished homes that come with high-end parquet flooring, state-of-the-art décor, and generous spaces, the statement said.
