Azizi says Berton residential project stands at 35% complete
Firm says it is committed to the timely delivery of Berton and of all of its projects
35% of construction work has been completed on Azizi Developments’ Berton project, which is located in Al Furjan, Dubai. The developer notes that Berton’s structure and blockwork stands at 87% and 28% complete, while external works and infrastructure developments are progressing at pace.
According to a statement, the firm says it plans to complete the 245-unit development by 2021. It features 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom apartments, as well 16 luxury penthouses.
“Berton’s remarkably fast construction progress underlines our commitment to deliver our promises on time, all while adhering to our rigorous quality control and assurance practices.
