KSA government officials announce completion of renovation work on Namira mosque

Renovation works are part of a comprehensive programme to improve mosques across Kingdom

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance has announced that work related to the renovation of the Namira mosque has been completed and that it is ready to receive pilgrims.

In a Saudi Press Agency report, ministry officials said that the renovations include the installation of 60 new air-conditioning and other purification systems, as well as the construction of separate facilities for female worshippers.

Senior officials added that the renovation works are being carried out as part of a comprehensive programme that includes several other mosques in the Kingdom, ahead of Eid Al-Adha for this year. They added that inspections are being carried out ensure the readiness of facilities across the country.
