Eagle Hills Diyar hands over Marassi Boulevard
Project is the third for joint venture between Eagle Hills and Diyar Al Muharraq
Eagle Hills Diyar, the developer behind the Marassi Al Bahrain development, has announced the handover of its third project, Marassi Boulevard, a premium project consisting of four residential buildings with 243 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
In a statement, the developer said that Marassai Boulevard occupies a prime position within the development on the Grand Boulevard, which is a unique concept at the epicentre of the development.
A major part of the larger Marassi Al Bahrain master development, the project is within walking distance of Marassi Beach and promenade, Central Park, and Marassi Galleria, which is set to be among the largest shopping malls in the kingdom once the project gets completed.
Eagle Hills is a private real estate investment and development company, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The Marassi Boulevard project is being developed as part of a joint venture with Diyar Al Muharraq, the developer behind the Diyar Al Muharraq megaproject.
The most recent addition to the beachfront development comes as part of Eagle Hills Diyar’s efforts to build a distinctive masterplan. It features 15 retail units, all located on the ground floor.
Marassi Boulevard also includes a number of amenities including a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, adult and children’s swimming pools, as well as children’s play areas located on a courtyard spanning 44,000 sqft, providing residents with a barbeque and outdoor seating area to enjoy all year round.
This handover has reinforced Eagle Hills Diyar’s reputation for delivering on its commitments to customers, following the completion of landmark projects Marassi Residences and Marassi Shores Residences, the statement said.
