Arada begins handover of Phase Three homes at Nasma Residences
Signature villas, semi-detached villas and townhouses first to be delivered in third phase comprising 197 villas and townhouses
Arada has started handing over homes in the third phase of the five million square feet Nasma Residences community residential project in New Sharjah.
According to reports, the UAE developer has begun the handover process of homes in Phase Three of its premier community, which comprises Signature Villas, semi-detached villas and townhouses. The developer added that among the handovers is are the four-bedroom Sama Majlis Villas, which come with open-air majlis based on an upstairs terrace – a new offering in Sharjah
Work began in December 2018 on the Phase Three of Nasma Residences, which consists of 197 villas and townhouses. Around 103 homes in this part of the project are already finished and the remaining units will be completed by the end of the month, Arada said.
“It is a particular source of pride that we have been able to hand over these homes during a challenging period for the real estate industry and the wider community generally. Arada has worked hard to deliver on our commitments to customers while at the same time maintaining the health and safety of both our employees and our contractors’ workforces onsite. We are now focused on delivering the remaining two phases in this remarkable community by the end of this year,” said Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman, Arada.
He added that with the first phase of Nasma Residences sold out within a month, the project has become the fastest-selling community in Sharjah.
Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences is spread over a five million square feet area in the Al Tay suburb of New Sharjah and has a total of 993 townhouses and villas, delivered over five phases. Among the amenities at the project are a GEMS international school and a 13-acre landscaped park.
The project also has community and retail hub called Nasma Central with 44,000sqft of leasable space. It will host a range of brands, such as Starbucks regional supermarket chain Spinneys when it opens later this year.
Deliveries at Nasma Residences began in May last year and are on track over the remaining two phases in the project by the end of 2020, the developer added.
