Ajman Free Zone launches commercial offices project to attract new businesses
New project is said to complement the free zone’s efforts to deliver cost-effective and contemporary office spaces in the emirate
Ajman Free Zone has launched a new project that features modern office spaces for entities looking for cost-effective business facilities in the emirate. The Ajman Boulevard features two six-storey commercial buildings that boast advanced amenities and facilities such as showrooms, executive offices and meeting rooms.
According to a statement, the buildings have a combined 213 units, with every floor featuring glass offices and reception areas. One of the structures also has a waiting area and shared offices, which are said to be ideal for both startup owners and freelancers.
Managed by Ajman Free Zone, the 9,617sqm project is in line with Ajman Vision 2021 and the government’s efforts to establish a business-friendly environment in the northern emirate that would attract global investments, and thereby boost activities for local industries as well as diversify the economy, the statement said.
The project is said to be in line with the current expansion strategy and is said to demonstrate the free zone’s commitment to provide quality solutions to international companies from various sectors.
Firms that will be setting up their offices will benefit from a diverse range of premium services -all designed to help them in achieving their target growth and success, the statement said. The services include streamlined processes for enterprise establishment and management; ease of business procedures; flexibility; and a host of other relevant benefits.
