Real Estate projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai on track, says Reportage Properties
Developer says works are progressing with full commitment to the highest health and safety standards on project sites
Reportage Properties has stated that construction works across its eight real estate projects are on schedule.
The developer says it has six ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi as well as two in Dubai.
According to a statement, construction works at its 164-unit Al Raha Loft 1 and 110-unit Al Raha Loft 2 projects stand at 65% and 72% complete respectively. Both projects are said to be on track for delivery in the first half of 2021.
In addition, the developer noted that steady progress is being made on its projects in Masdar City. Works at its 612-unit Oasis Residence 1 project are said to stand at 50%, the firm states that the units are expected to be handed over in Q2 of 2021. Works are also said to be progressing on track at its Oasis Residence 2 and Gate projects in Masdar City, comprising 304- and 420-units respectively.
Work is being implemented in line with government directives with full commitment to apply the highest health and safety standards for all workers on the projects sites in protection against the COVID-19 pancdemic, said the statement.
“Despite COVID-19 challenges, Reportage is keen on the progress of construction works in all its projects according to the specified schedule, while adhering to all necessary precautions and security and safety requirements, applying all guidelines, in line with specific government directives and procedures,” said its CEO Nasser Al Khamis.
Al Khamis pointed out that Reportage was coordinating with contractors to ensure that the housing units were delivered on the announced dates, while adhering to the best quality standards in all of their projects. He stated that construction had recently begun on the Al Maryah Vista project at Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. The project comprises 772 housing units and is scheduled for completion in mid-2023.
On its Dubai projects, Reportage said steady progress was being made on its Rukan Lofts project located in Dubailand in cooperation with Continental Investment. Phase One of the project, which features 349 villas, is expected to be delivered by the second quarter of 2022, the developer pointed out.
Alexis Tower, located in Downtown Jebel Ali, will provide 370 luxury housing units on completion. Around 15% of construction works have been completed on the tower – the project is said to be on track for delivery by the last quarter of 2022.
