Wasl properties launches property leasing app

Wasl properties has launched ‘wasl properties Leasing’, an app that enables customers to find, book, and lease new units from its portfolio of properties. Billed as a first in the regional real estate industry, it enables customers to search for a unit within a defined area and check for special offers.

According to a statement, the process, which includes booking, detailed filling, and payment, can be completed within minutes. This makes it convenient for customers to lease a new unit without having to visit any customer happiness centre.

“The new app is in line with the Smart Dubai 2021 strategy and its objective of promoting technological advances that benefit the city’s people, its economy, and its resources. We are pleased that tenants are able to find any unit and complete the reservation process within minutes, especially as we are committed to making their lives easier,” said Zainab Mohammed, chief property management and marketing officer at wasl properties.

The launch is said to be a continuation of wasl’s e-services programme. Mohammed notes over 99% of the online transactions were successful over the past three years including property renewals, termination of transactions, replacement of post-dated cheques, maintenance requests, all kinds of CRM e-services among others.
