Coronavirus: Three60 Communities launches contactless payments solution

Three60 Communities has launched QuickPay, a contactless online payments solution, for its customers. The move is said to support companies and residents adhering to the UAE Government’s directives to stay at home amidst national efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19.

According to a statement, QuickPay helps property owners & tenants make online payments easily and can be accessed at ‘quickpay.three60cm.com’. The firm says the solution allows customers to pay their service charges and utility bills without requiring them to register or login to Three60’s online portal.

“Three60 Communities is constantly looking for ways to enhance our services while ensuring the safety of our customers right within their homes. Tapping the availability of latest payment technologies such as QuickPay is one of our latest measures that offer convenience as well as quick access for them to pay their service charges and utility bills,” said Alan Rowlands, general manager, Three60 Communities.

The online payment solution is said to have already proved popular with customers. 1,900 payment transactions were processed in the first 30 days, the statement said.

He added, “We always look to operate with the vision of making a significant impact on the communities we serve. We are glad to see that such solutions rapidly gain popularity among our customers and this inspires us to continue raising the level of our services to maintain customer happiness and satisfaction, especially during these challenging times.”

With people staying at home to avoid the spread of COVID-19, electronic payments have seen a significant increase in the region and worldwide, the statement added. Banks have also encouraged customers to use digital channels to conduct their banking transactions, the company said.
