RAK Properties announces completion of Gateway Residences project in RAK
144-unit low-rise tower is located on the main island of the Mina Al Arab community
RAK Properties, a UAE-based property development and tourism infrastructure company, has said that it has completed construction of Gateway Residences, a low-rise tower featuring 144 luxury apartments in the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
In a statement, the developer said that Gateway Residences is located on the main island of the Mina Al Arab community, and that the residential spaces have been designed to reflect and compliment the surrounding landscapes, in one- or two-bedroom configurations.
The development has various leisure and lifestyle amenities, including a children’s play area, swimming pool, sports and recreational facilities and retail spaces.
Announcing the project completion, Managing Director Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi said: “Each apartment at the Gateway Residences has been carefully designed to showcase the best of modern architecture with a hint of natural appeal. We are delighted to have projects ready for occupancy.”
Each apartment is structured according to an open-plan design with floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies. Optimum space is paired with waterfront views, merging nature, luxury, and futuristic facilities that reflect a serene lifestyle, Al Qadi explained.
He added that the developer’s projects have deeply resonated with the community which has informed and enabled the future development of superior standard living accommodation for many more individuals and families. Over the years, RAK Properties has established a reputation for building master developments that have been a significant driver of the emirate’s economy, the top official concluded.
