Marbella Villa completes 20% construction work, says RAK Properties
Developer had signed the agreement with Al Ali Construction and Development in April 2019
Real estate developer RAK Properties has announced that work is in full swing at its waterfront residential development, Marbella Villas which are being constructed at Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
According to a statement from the company, more than 20 per cent of the project is already completed at the 557418 sqm. mixed-use Hayat Island project. The residential unit will have two- and three-bedroom townhouses, four- and five-bedroom villas and a prime eight-bedroom VIP villa up on Hayat Island.
Designed by Dar Al Omran architects, Marbella Villas will have 205 villas and townhouses built upon modern Mediterranean influences and an Emirati ambience. Facing the ocean front, these villas are expected to be an amalgamation of traditional and modern design and will feature luxury rooms, stated the developer.
RAK Properties awarded the contract for Marbella Villas to Al Ali Construction and Development (Al Ali) in April 2019. Under the terms of the contract, Al Ali is providing infrastructure and landscape work on the $136 million project.
The $816 million mixed-use Hayat Island project is a blend of leisure and entertainment facilities while integrating the demands of families and individuals, RAK Properties said. They added that it will feature four- and five-star resorts, serviced apartments, a shopping mall, and waterfront residential properties. Other amenities include a private beach clubhouse, and dining and entertainment venues along the beach.
