Engie Solutions has secured major contracts to provide facilities management (FM) services to the King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and International Maritime Industries (IMI). As per the terms of the contracts, the firm will deliver its services using computer-aided facilities management (CAFM).

The company will also manage future costing and lifecycle of the project, providing real-time information to IMI concerning assets, work orders, and the performance of sub-contractors, the statement said.
