Structural works completed on Pantheon Elysee in JVC

One of the developer’s goals has always been to create a market for affordable luxury living

Pantheon Development has announced that it has completed structural work ahead of schedule on its Pantheon Elysee residential project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle. The developer also says that MEP works are 40% complete on the project.

According to a statement, the $49m project is the developer’s second affordable luxury offering in Dubai. The mixed-use development features 268 residential units and retail outlets.

“It has been an exciting journey to have witnessed the steady progress on the construction of this project, and we cannot wait until it goes on floors later this year,” said group founder and chairman Kalpesh Kinariwala.

Following the successful launch of our first project, Pantheon Boulevard, at District 13 in JVC, the group has been committed towards delivering projects that focus on shaping communities and providing an exceptional standard of living for its people, Kinariwala added.
