Diyar Al Muharraq says work on Jeewan residential project ahead of schedule
Phase one of residential project at 51%, while phase two has reached 38% completion
Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate development companies in Bahrain, has announced that work on phases one and two of its Jeewan residential project is ahead of schedule.
In a statement released by the developer, it said that development of Phase One of Jeewan has reached 51%, while the second phase has reached a total of 38%. Construction and finishing works continue to progress, with a focus on completion in accordance with the project schedule, it added.
The Jeewan project is scheduled for completion by the end of the year, followed by preparations to hand over the villas to owners.
Engineer Ahmed Alammadi, chief executive officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, stated: “We, at Diyar Al Muharraq, are committed to reviewing the progress of all our projects periodically, in line with our mission of consistently implementing the highest standards of work in our projects.
“It is with great pleasure that we announce the latest achievements and developments in the Jeewan project, which includes sophisticated residential solutions, offered at competitive prices, built to international standards in modern designs that suit the requirements of Bahraini families.”
Alammadi added: “We are eager to provide all the needs of a modern lifestyle for the residents of our various projects. Development of Phase One of the project began on November 1, 2018, while Phase Two began on April 15, 2019, the statement said.
The project offers 173 villas in the first phase, while the second phase offers 119. Once complete, the project will add to the overall urban diversity in Diyar Al Muharraq, while also strengthening the community surrounding the city.
