wasl Properties commences on-time handover of units at Gardinia Townhomes development
Handover will continue of remaining units till end of January 2020
wasl Properties, the Dubai-based subsidiary of wasl Asset Management Group, has commenced the on-time handover of units at its Gardinia Townhomes development, near Ibn Battuta Mall, on Sheikh Zayed Road.
This comes as per the company’s keenness to fulfil its promise to have customers move into and live in their units before the end of this year, a statement from wasl said. Located on the eastern side of wasl Gate in Jebel Ali, Gardenia Townhouses features 257 three- and four-bedroom townhouses across an area of more than 1.13 million sqm.
In addition, the development also features 6,500 apartments that will be completed in phases, the developer said.
The Emirati developer announced an open house for the project in January 2019, citing an overwhelming response from customers. It launched sales the following day to cater to the strong demand.
This resulted in 128 townhouses being snapped up on the first day and the remaining 155 units the next day, registering an unprecedented level of demand from those interested in the villa complex, the wasl statement said. It added that the Gardenia Townhomes delivery milestone was a reflection of the group’s commitment to the promises made to its customers upon its launch.
“Moreover, its contribution to the real estate sector is evident, and its offers are appreciated by customers who are consistently at the centre of wasl’s attention. This was demonstrated following the successful sale of the phase in two days,” said a company spokesman.
“Wasl’s experience at Gardenia Townhomes reflects the attractiveness of the real estate sector in Dubai and the need to exceed expectations by adhering to the highest standards and quality, which is what distinguishes wasl from its competitors across all its projects,” he added.
In addition to the recently opened Festival Plaza Mall and Dubai’s second IKEA store, the wasl gate project will also be home to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, family entertainment and leisure attractions, as well as a new concept hypermarket.
The Dubai developer pointed out that it will continue handing over remaining units up until the end of January 2020.
