Aldar Properties appoints Hill International on Abu Dhabi project
Firm aims to help developer achieve its goals in terms of time, cost and quality
Aldar Properties appoints Hill for advisory and supervisory services on Abu Dhabi projectHill International has won a contract to provide advisory and supervisory services on the Al Reeman Phase One and Two projects in Abu Dhabi.
Al Reeman is being developed by Aldar Properties and is said to be near Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Falah Mall and Yas Mall.
According to a statement, Phase One of the project comprises a mixed-use, master-planned community featuring residential areas, commercial districts, and community amenities spanning 2.7m sqm. Phase Two is expected to cover a 1.03m sqm site adjacent to the E11 Abu Dhabi-Dubai Highway, and will feature low-rise residential developments.
The masterplan for the project includes 1,709 villa plots, a clinic, a community school, an early learning centre, a community police point, and three community retail plots, the statement said.
“We’re looking forward to starting work on these large residential projects. Managing the construction of sustainable and safe communities is always an honour,” said Samer Tamimi, SVP at Hill International. Tamimi is also serving as the project manager for the developments.
By providing technical advice and supervising construction, Hill aims to will help the developer achieve established project parameters in terms of time, cost, and quality, the statement said.
