U+A and Aros partner to work on regional and international projects

Firms have already collaborated on projects in the Middle East and Europe

U+A and Aros have announced a partnership to provide design and delivery services in the UK and across other international markets. The firms will partner on large projects in the master-planning, architectural and interior design sectors.

According to a statement, the firms will leverage global knowledge and local expertise to work on “significant projects” in the UK, Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East. Residential, hospitality, entertainment, commercial and education projects are to be the main focus, through the assembly of teams best qualified to work on specific opportunities, the firm said.

“The strength of our collaboration relies on our wide range of projects from residential to master-planning, from low-rise to high-rise. Being together, we can offer extensive design solutions supported with strong technical knowledge and the proven ability to deliver projects for prominent developers and investors, many of whom are looking for opportunities in the UK,” said Pedram Rad, managing director at U+A.

The collaboration is said to already be active, with new projects being designed at the new American School in Dubai, on two residential towers in Europe and a new resort in Saudi Arabia.

The shared design ethos and pursuit of high standards has led to established relationships with the Middle East’s most prominent developers and investors, many of whom are looking for opportunities in the UK, the statement said.
