Saudi’s Seven company awards PMC contract to Hill International

The Saudi Entertainment Venture Company (Seven) has awarded Hill International a contract to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of two entertainment cluster projects.

The new entertainment clusters will contain cinemas, dining, outdoor terraces, retail, sports venues, and activity zones for children and adults, and will be located at Exit-10 and Al Nahda in the capital Riyadh. Each cluster is expected to have a built-up area of approximately 100,000 sq m.

“We are extremely delighted and honoured to be receiving this award which further sheds the light on the importance of the strong partnership between Saudi Arabia and Hill International,” said Dr Adel Jemah, senior vice-president (Saudi Operations) at Hill International.

As per the terms of the PMC contract, Hill will be responsible for the management of the design workload, construction, project controls, logistics, and the client’s objectives. In addition, it will determine the most suitable and practical means of delivering the projects, including tenants, in a suitable timeframe while maintaining the highest standard of health, safety, security, and environment.
