Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work is more than 91% complete, while Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) has passed the 77% completion mark. Final works on the façade, tiling, elevator installation, swimming pools and overall finishes are also progressing swiftly.

Highlighting the company’s commitment to timely delivery, especially as it marks 2019 as the Year of Construction, Azizi Development said that it aims to complete the development by February 2020 at the latest.

Comprising of 120 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom residences, and four penthouses spread across a total gross floor area of more than 22,991sqm, the project has a waterfront location and offers residents views of the Dubai skyline, the developer said. In addition, the property provides residents with a range of high-end amenities, including private beach access, two swimming pools and a fully equipped gym and health club.

“Mohammed Ragheb, executive director – Engineering Division at Azizi Developments, said: “The rapid pace of construction at Mina is remarkable, with it having been at just 60% in July 2019. With its spectacular location on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the marvellous archipelago that is iconic to Dubai, this project is sure to enrich the lives of its residents – our valued customers.

Over 69% of the total area is allocated for gardens, a children’s play area, a jogging track and green outdoor spaces, the developer said. Moreover, the project will host a dedicated retail precinct, covered parking and a concierge service.

It will also offer easy access to the Palm Monorail, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro, as well as to a variety of hotels and other retail and leisure attractions on the Palm Jumeirah, the statement concluded.
