Musanada implements $177mn worth of residential and land projects in Al Dharfa region
Projects include the design and construction of internal roads and revamping of infrastructure facilities
Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has announced the implementation of a number of residential and land infrastructure projects worth $177 million at Madinat Zayed in the Al Dharfa region of the emirate.
According to a statement, these projects include the design and construction of internal roads, the revamping of infrastructure facilities in Madinat Zayed, Baynunah, Sector 18, MZW Basin in Al Dharfa, and the implementation of main and secondary internal roadworks.
The scope of work also includes other infrastructure services, such as sewerage, rainwater drainage, drinking water networks, internal road lighting systems, fire fighting equipment, power stations, communication ferries, sidewalks and parking lots.
After reviewing the progress of these projects, Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, said that these projects in various sectors contribute to enhancing economic and social uplift in Al Dhafra region and meet the housing needs of the population in accordance with the highest levels of safety and security.
Sheikh Hamdan emphasised the keenness of the leadership to provide all means of decent life and meet the needs of Emiratis regarding housing and lands through development of residential communities.
He was briefed by Musanada CEO Suwaidan Rashed Al Dhaheri on the ongoing projects.
Sheikh Hamdan lauded the efforts of companies implementing projects in the Al Dhafra region, which serve government agencies such as transport, roads, housing, education, health, public utilities, service centres and other long-term projects.
