Eagle Hills Diyar completes work on Marassi Shores Residences
Second housing complex at Marassi Al Bahrain development to be handover on time, developer says
Eagle Hills Diyar, the developers behind the Marassi Al Bahrain development, has announced that it has completed work on Marassi Shores Residences – the second housing complex within the development – and that the project will be handed over on time.
The announcement comes in the wake of an earlier announcement this year about the handover of Marassi Residences, a statement from the developer added. Eagle Hills Diyar added that customer orientation ha commenced for the project, which has been built in line with the developer’s philosophy of smart design and environmental harmony.
It added that the Marassi Shores Residences development comprises of 289 apartments across nine floors, including studios, one-, two- and three-, four- and five- bedroom apartments. Once the homes are delivered, owners will be able to take advantage of the prime location and its accompanying sea views, a top official said.

Primely located within the development and in close proximity to landmark shopping and entertainment destination Marassi Galleria, Marassi Shores Residences is directly situated on the waterfront promenade and within walking distance of the two hotels – Address Marassi Al Bahrain and Vida Marassi Al Bahrain, as well as a wide range of leisure facilities, the statement added.
It also offers a range of amenities including an on-site gym, swimming pools, carefully designed children’s play areas, basement parking and 24-hour security.
