Seagull Point launched at Meydan Group’s D1 Residences

Tower will feature 14 floors and contemporary waterfront

A new 14-storey waterfront property has been officially launched by Meydan at Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, District One development.

Seagull Point will be located with the master developer’s D1 Residences and comprise 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

According to Meydan, the units are designed to make the most of natural light streaming through their ceiling-to-floor windows.
