Tafawuq Facilities Management has been awarded a facilities management (FM) contract from KOA Real Estate Development that will see the firm provide an array of FM services at a number of the developer’s commercial and retail units Nasab and Noa in Dubai.
The Eltizam Asset Management Group subsidiary will now provide cleaning services for Nasab’s common areas, stairwells, offices and gym, as well as maintenance services for its swimming pools, landscaping and irrigation, steam and saunas. The FM company will also oversee the security and lifeguard services at the development.
While also providing the same cleaning procedures at the Noa commercial unit, it will also supply pest control, duct and ecological unit maintenance services.
